All of our products are made to order which is a great thing for mamma earth. 

Please see below for estimated production and shipping times.  Please note during peak times like Christmas our production and shipping times may increase.

Production time varies per item. Please view the item list below for information on estimated production + shipping times. If you order more than one item from the shop, please be advised your item may arrive in more than one package. We work with several different print facilities and warehouses to print and ship many of my products, so items may arrive at different times and from different locations. Please message us for tracking information for all your items. We are happy to help.

All orders over $50 get FREE Shipping

Orders under $50 ship USPS at a flat rate of $4.00

 

How long will it take for my item to ship?

What is your return/exchange policy? 

Due to items being custom-made for you, we do not allow refunds. We do accept exchanges (unless item was marked final sale), but please know that all buyers will be responsible for the cost of shipping back any exchanged items. Once the items have been mailed and received back to us, we will then process your new order.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately after 30 days, we are unable to process any exchanges.

Once we receive your exchange, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your exchange and tracking information for the exchanged item back to you.

We cannot guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

ADDRESS CHANGE, DELAYS, & LOST PACKAGES

Cosmic Babes Club is not liable for any lost, stolen or packages that are unclaimed. We also cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping information provided to us. Please be sure to double-check your mailing address at the time of checkout. If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours. 

If your tracking number shows your package as being delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact your mail carrier for more information. Since USPS is a third-party service and is not affiliated with nor related to Cosmic Babes Club.
